We have a permanent simulator located at 4919 Parker Rd. E. in Sumner, WA 98390. Located at the back of our owners' property, it's a completely separate, private building that acts as our "brick and mortar" location. Our mobile golf sim is available at virtually any location in the PNW.

The Pin High Shed is a permanent outbuilding that we've transformed into the ultimate golf hangout. It's the original inspiration for our business and available for rent. Current max capacity is 8 players. The Shed features a lounge area, bar table, fridge with complimentary drinks and snacks, a large screen TV, Bluetooth/aux sounds system and a Foresight GCQuad simulator with 9'x12' hitting screen.

Our mobile sim is just that- a simulator that we bring directly to your location and set up for you. The simulator can be setup in your house or garage OR outdoors in our bespoke golf tent. The tent is included in your rental at no additional charge.

Our rental rates are fixed and based on the duration of your rental. The longer the rental, the more cost-effective the rate. Rates for The Shed are shown on the "Book Now" page along with the booking calendar & Mobile Rates are done by quote. Mobile rates typically range from $70- $150/hr depending on length of rental, distance, & other event-specific factors.

Life happens, we get it. Our refund/cancellation policy allows customers a grace period to cancel prior to your booking time, depending on which sim you’ve booked. If you’re running late or would like to change your booking to another date or time, give us a call! Mobile sim: notification (email or voicemail) must be received at least 48 hours prior to booking time. E.g. you booked 12pm on Friday, you must contact us by 12pm Wednesday in order to receive a full refund. A 50% refund will be given up to 24 hours prior to your booking time. The Pin High Shed: notification (email or voicemail) must be received at least 24 hours prior to booking time. E.g. you booked 12pm on Friday, you must contact us by 12pm Thursday in order to receive a refund. A 50% refund will be given up to 12 hours prior to your booking time. *Although we don't want to be the ones who have to cancel a reservation, Pin High Golf NW reserves the right to cancel any reservation, at any time, for any reason. That said, we never want to cancel on you, so we will issue a 100% refund if the problem is on our end. *Refunds, whether partial or whole, due to inclement weather & acts of nature, which result in booking cancellation or significant interruption of use, are solely at the discretion of Pin High Golf NW. This policy is intended to avoid fraudulent claims of non-use. We believe in good faith and fair dealing, so that's what you'll get!

No! Your rental duration accounts for actual play time! E.g. if you book an 8-hour rental, you get 8 hours of play time during the start and stop times you select when submitting the quote form. Upon arrival, setup takes around 40 mins. Breakdown times typically 25 mins. Overnight and multi-day rentals are available.

For indoor set ups, the minimum space requirements are: 12' W x 16'L x 10' H (ceiling height) The space requirements are very important to prevent damage caused by swinging clubs and shanked golf balls. Yes! Our custom tent can be deployed quickly in a backyard, parking lot, driveway or virtually any flat, open space that meets our minimum space requirements: 18' W x 20' L

In short, yes. For indoor setups, you will need to provide a power outlet located within 50' of where the simulator will be set up. For outdoor/tent set up, we prefer to use your hardline power to limit possible gameplay interruptions. If the tent will be deployed further than 50' from a standard 120V outlet, please let us know before hand. If hard power is not possible, we can provide power generation for a small additional fee- typically $50.00. Just let us know if this is the case!

Generally speaking, the tent can be used in wet/rainy conditions and on virtually any ground, including wet grass or pavement. The tent will have an underlayment and turf floor, along with a hitting mat, to help keep your feet and clubs dry. Where/when can the tent NOT be deployed or used: -During SEVERE rain or thunderstorms -Wind storms exceeding sustained winds of 45 mph or more -On any ground that has or is expected to have standing water Have concerns? We do not need to use your internet connection. We provide and handle all internet communication required for play.

No, the only additional fee we charge is for optional power generation aka a 2200w generator. In our experience, we can avoid power generation with the proper amount of extension cords 😊
