Service Description
Our Large size tent comes with everything that our Standard tent comes with, but the extra length allows room for chairs or tables or just to hang out; it also allows for a larger projected image on the 9'x13' screen. Our large tent also features a waterproof design with zipping doors and removeable window covers to keep you dry and warm on cold or rainy days. The air-supported frame and impact screen can handle ball speeds of up to 190mph. Comes with everything you need to play golf. Your rental includes: 1x Outdoor mobile simulator unit: 16'w X 24'l X 11'h 1x Foresight GC3 Launch Monitor 1x FSX Play software with ~50 courses 1x Foresight Fairgrounds carnival games 1x Electronics/Computer Package 1x Hitting mat 1x Brand name golf balls 1x Ball shagger 1x Ball tray 1x Complimentary set of golf clubs 1x Free delivery, setup and breakdown *Staffing available by request or may be required as part of rental conditions. Average 18-hole round for a foursome is 1.5-3.5 hours and varies based on game type, rule settings, skill level, rate-of-play, course selection, etc. -Customer to provide 120v outlet within 100' of set up location -Customer to provide an open, flat space of at least 18'x20' (small tent) or 18'x26' (large tent) -Technician will arrive 1 hour prior to reservation time. Setup takes around 45 minutes. -Reliable cell service is required for simulator setup. In the event of poor cell service, we may need to temporarily connect to your wifi network to enable gameplay. This process typically takes less than 5 minutes. Continuous internet connection is not required.
Cancellation Policy
1. EQUIPMENT RENTED Lessor agrees to rent to Lessee the following equipment ("Equipment"): -Golf simulator system, including but not limited to projectors, screens, computers, sensors, and associated accessories. -Tent and any structural components required for setup. -Any/all “golf” equipment or accessories. 2. RENTAL PERIOD The rental period shall commence on the date chosen by the lessee at time of booking and shall end at the hour specified by the “booking duration” chosen during the booking process e.g. a 4 hour rental at 12:00PM PST shall conclude at 4:00PM PST the same day. 3. RENTAL FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS Lessee agrees to pay the total rental fee at time of booking using an approved form of payment. Approved forms of payment include credit and debit cards. 4. DELIVERY, SETUP, AND RETURN Lessor will deliver and set up the Equipment at the designated location provided by Lessee. Lessee agrees to return the Equipment in the same condition as received. Any delays in return may result in additional charges. 5. DAMAGE, LOSS, OR THEFT Lessee assumes full responsibility for the Equipment while in their possession. Lessee shall be liable for any loss, theft, or damage, and agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Normal wear and tear excepted. 6. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION Lessee acknowledges the risks associated with using the Equipment and agrees to hold Lessor harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses resulting from its use. Lessee assumes all risks and agrees to indemnify Lessor against any legal claims arising from misuse, negligence, or improper setup not performed by Lessor. 7. CANCELLATION POLICY Lessee may cancel this Agreement with written notice. If canceled 7 days prior to the rental date, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations within 7 days of the rental date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. 8. FORCE MAJEURE Lessor shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of God, or government restrictions. 9. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pierce County, Washington State. 10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
