Service Description
The mobile golf setup you didn't know you've been waiting for... our outdoor "rain" tents are the solution to playing golf in the PNW's drizzly winters (they work great in dry or warm weather too!). Including everything you need to play year-round, rain or shine; you can now "bring the swing" to any backyard, office, parking lot, or venue- or virtually anywhere that traditional trailers or indoor enclosures can't go. Not only that, we build most of our accessories in-house so that our sims can meet the demands of continuous outdoor operation. Our outdoor simulators can be setup on practically any surface: grass, asphalt, gravel, concrete, etc. and require only a single 120V outlet to run. Each comes with a Foresight launch monitor (GC3) and HD graphics displayed on a huge hitting screen. You'll also receive four sets of complimentary rental clubs with every rental (kids clubs and premium clubs available too). Delivery, setup and breakdown are included with every rental and do not impact rental period. Your rental includes: 1x Outdoor mobile simulator unit: 16'w X 24'l X 11'h 4x Complimentary set of golf clubs 1x Foresight GC3 Launch Monitor 1x Computer/Projector Cart 1x FSX Play software with ~50 courses 1x GSPro (staffed rentals only) 1x Hitting mat, Golf balls, Ball Shagger, Ball Tray 1x Delivery, setup and breakdown *Min Footprint: 18'wide x 26'long x 12.5' tall *Surface must be generally flat, level and free from standing water *Customer to provide 120V outlet within 100' *Cell service required at location. Customer may be required to provide temporary wifi internet access if cell service is unavailable. Base pricing starting at $650 for a 3-hour rental.
Cancellation Policy
1. EQUIPMENT RENTED Lessor agrees to rent to Lessee the following equipment ("Equipment"): -Golf simulator system, including but not limited to projectors, screens, computers, sensors, and associated accessories. -Tent and any structural components required for setup. -Any/all “golf” equipment or accessories. 2. RENTAL PERIOD The rental period shall commence on the date chosen by the lessee at time of booking and shall end at the hour specified by the “booking duration” chosen during the booking process e.g. a 4 hour rental at 12:00PM PST shall conclude at 4:00PM PST the same day. 3. RENTAL FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS Lessee agrees to pay the total rental fee at time of booking using an approved form of payment. Approved forms of payment include credit and debit cards. 4. DELIVERY, SETUP, AND RETURN Lessor will deliver and set up the Equipment at the designated location provided by Lessee. Lessee agrees to return the Equipment in the same condition as received. Any delays in return may result in additional charges. 5. DAMAGE, LOSS, OR THEFT Lessee assumes full responsibility for the Equipment while in their possession. Lessee shall be liable for any loss, theft, or damage, and agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Normal wear and tear excepted. 6. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION Lessee acknowledges the risks associated with using the Equipment and agrees to hold Lessor harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses resulting from its use. Lessee assumes all risks and agrees to indemnify Lessor against any legal claims arising from misuse, negligence, or improper setup not performed by Lessor. 7. CANCELLATION POLICY Lessee may cancel this Agreement with written notice. If canceled 7 days prior to the rental date, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations within 7 days of the rental date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. 8. FORCE MAJEURE Lessor shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of God, or government restrictions. 9. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pierce County, Washington State. 10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
