Service Description
Our standard size tent is perfect for any type of event and it's minimal footprint makes it ideal for indoor setups- like event venues, banquet halls, warehouses or offices. It also works great outdoors when the forecast is dry. With a ceiling height around 12' even tall players can swing with confidence. The air-supported frame and premium impact screen (along with our custom baffles) can handle ball speeds of over 200mph and help to dampen shanked shots. Each simulator rental comes with a Foresight launch monitor (GC3) and HD graphics displayed on a huge hitting screen. You'll also receive two sets of complimentary rental clubs (R/L) with every rental (juniors clubs and premium clubs available too). Delivery, setup and breakdown is included with every rental and does not impact your rental period. Your rental includes: 1x Indoor mobile simulator unit: 16'w X 18'l X 12.5'h 2x Complimentary sets of golf clubs (R/L) 1x Foresight GC3 Launch Monitor 1x Computer/Projector Cart 1x FSX Play software with ~50 Courses, Driving Range 1x Hitting mat, Golf balls, Ball Shagger, Ball Tray 1x Delivery, setup and breakdown *Min Footprint: 18'wide x 20'long x 12.5' tall *Surface must be generally flat, level and free from standing water *Customer to provide 120V outlet within 100' *Cell service required at location. Customer may be required to provide temporary wifi internet access if cell service is unavailable. *Indoor/outdoor tent is not rain-proof. Reservation may be cancelled at our discretion if inclement weather is expected. A full refund will be issued to cancellations caused by weather. *Sunny conditions or direct sunlight through entrance can cause screen wash/glare. Customers can use a pop-up tent at the entrance to help with wash/glare *Enclosures can get quite warm in temps above 85 degrees, especially in direct sunlight. We include a portable ceiling fan with your rental, but please plan accordingly if hot weather is expected
Cancellation Policy
1. EQUIPMENT RENTED Lessor agrees to rent to Lessee the following equipment ("Equipment"): -Golf simulator system, including but not limited to projectors, screens, computers, sensors, and associated accessories. -Tent and any structural components required for setup. -Any/all “golf” equipment or accessories. 2. RENTAL PERIOD The rental period shall commence on the date chosen by the lessee at time of booking and shall end at the hour specified by the “booking duration” chosen during the booking process e.g. a 4 hour rental at 12:00PM PST shall conclude at 4:00PM PST the same day. 3. RENTAL FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS Lessee agrees to pay the total rental fee at time of booking using an approved form of payment. Approved forms of payment include credit and debit cards. 4. DELIVERY, SETUP, AND RETURN Lessor will deliver and set up the Equipment at the designated location provided by Lessee. Lessee agrees to return the Equipment in the same condition as received. Any delays in return may result in additional charges. 5. DAMAGE, LOSS, OR THEFT Lessee assumes full responsibility for the Equipment while in their possession. Lessee shall be liable for any loss, theft, or damage, and agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Normal wear and tear excepted. 6. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION Lessee acknowledges the risks associated with using the Equipment and agrees to hold Lessor harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses resulting from its use. Lessee assumes all risks and agrees to indemnify Lessor against any legal claims arising from misuse, negligence, or improper setup not performed by Lessor. 7. CANCELLATION POLICY Lessee may cancel this Agreement with written notice. If canceled 7 days prior to the rental date, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations within 7 days of the rental date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. 8. FORCE MAJEURE Lessor shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of God, or government restrictions. 9. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pierce County, Washington State. 10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
