Service Description
Located minutes from Highway 410 (bottom of the hill from Bonney Lake), the Pin High shed is every golfer's dream, featuring Foresight's GCQuad monitor, massive hitting screen, a lounge area, large screen TV, sound system, and complimentary fridge! The perfect place to hone your game and practice just like the pros, all in a convenient and private setting. The Shed is located on our private property about 40 yds from our house down a private driveway. Parking is next to the building and there is a bathroom available in the house. There is no running water or bathroom in the studio. Studio is design for practice, intentional play, or small parties with 8 or less people. All booking durations include unlimited gameplay and access to all courses, games, etc. Also enjoy exclusive, private access to the lounge and complimentary amenities. The Pin High Shed can accommodate up to 8 people/players. Number of rounds played depends on group size, rate of play, and duration of booking. Play as much as you want until your reservation time ends. Average 18 holes for foursome is 2-2.5 hours.
Cancellation Policy
1. EQUIPMENT RENTED Lessor agrees to rent to Lessee the following equipment ("Equipment") and premises (“Shed”): Golf simulator system, including but not limited to projectors, screens, computers, sensors, and associated accessories. “Shed” premises and furniture within, including all golf accessories. 2. RENTAL PERIOD The rental period shall commence on the date chosen by the lessee at time of booking and shall end at the hour specified by the “booking duration” chosen during the booking process e.g. a 4 hour rental at 12:00PM PST shall conclude at 4:00PM PST the same day. 3. RENTAL FEES AND PAYMENT TERMS Lessee agrees to pay the total rental fee at time of booking using an approved form of payment. Approved forms of payment include credit and debit cards. 4. DELIVERY, SETUP, AND RETURN Lessor will provide and furnish Equipment at the designated location at 4919 Parker Rd. E., Sumner WA 98390. Lessee agrees to leave the premises in the same condition as received. Any delays in return may result in additional charges. 5. DAMAGE, LOSS, OR THEFT Lessee assumes full responsibility for the Equipment while in their possession. Lessee shall be liable for any loss, theft, or damage, and agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Normal wear and tear excepted. 6. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION Lessee acknowledges the risks associated with using the Equipment and agrees to hold Lessor harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses resulting from its use. Lessee assumes all risks and agrees to indemnify Lessor against any legal claims arising from misuse, negligence, or improper setup not performed by Lessor. 7. CANCELLATION POLICY Lessee may cancel this Agreement with written notice. If canceled 7 days prior to the rental date, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations within 7 days of the rental date may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. 8. FORCE MAJEURE Lessor shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, acts of God, or government restrictions. 9. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pierce County, Washington State. 10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
